Bruno has the unique combination of experience gained from departmental to senior management level with both prestige automotive manufactures and retail dealerships. His experience encompasses worldwide positions in the UK, European Developing markets, Middle East, China, and S Korea covering both Sales and After-sales operations, in both mature and new start-up markets.

This breadth of experience provides him with the skill set to be able to look at performance improvement actions in retail operations with a balanced manufacturer/dealer perspective. He specialises in developing the operational processes and practices through the human assets and in finding solutions that have synergies throughout all operational disciplines within a business.

  • Group Sales Manager for a prestige Middle East Importer with retail sales exceeding 1000 units annually. Responsibilities included agreeing sales, business and marketing plans with European prestige manufacturers.

  • Network Development Director for a European Manufacturer to set-up a new dealer network of nearly 100 dealerships for a recently established national sales company in China.

  • Group Customer Services Manager for a prestige Middle East Importer with retail sales exceeding 1000 units annually. Responsibilities included agreeing sales, business and marketing plans with several European prestige manufacturers.

  • General Manager for a South Korea Importer market of prestige / luxury European automobiles, and targeted with increasing the performance of existing dealers and appointing new dealers where appropriate to improve overall market profitability. Achieved volume sales growth of over 150% in two years.

  • Assisting retail operations to build and align their tactical sales and after-sales marketing plans with the manufacturers regional strategic plans.

  • Regional Manager for Importers in European Developing markets. This involved working closely with the Importers to develop their sales, after-sales, business and marketing plans resulting in year on year growth of over 30%.

  • Group Service Manager for a multi brand prestige Middle East Importer with responsibility for three service locations. Achieved significant turn over and profit increase.

Bruno is an accomplished automotive manager with a very hands on practical approach to retail issues. He is able to put strategic objectives into a dealership context that enables retail managers to understand what is expected of them. The experience from holding management positions in Sales, Marketing and After-sales enables him to work with senior managers on cross department assignments. With over thirty years of experience at all levels of the retail automotive industry Bruno is able to provide a valuable contribution on a wide variety of assignments.
